Takedown is a fast-paced growing next generation manufacturer of design-driven sports performance, corporate and lifestyle apparel. 

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is perfect for a fast-paced, highly motivated, high-energy individual with a background in or a passion for sports, corporate apparel or fashion. 

This is a full-time position working from our office in Lawrenceville Georgia. The right candidate will be able to: 

• Build strong relationships with each customer, making sure their needs are met through professional and timely communication via phone, email, text, and social media. 
• Own your book of business and managing the client journey from initial contact through delivery of finished goods. 
• Maintain precise and accurate information of contacts, opportunities, and sales activities within the customer relationship management system (CRM). 
• Utilize customer service skills, basic sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right products. 

• Build the bond between consumer and brand by providing superior customer support throughout the sales experience. 
• Develop a knowledge base of all products and services Takedown offers in order to better serve as a knowledge expert for our customers.

• Computer Skills preferred: CRM software & Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word. 
• Strong organizational and strong problem-solving skills 
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills 

• Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service 
• A passion for Sports, Corporate Apparel or Fashion 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
